The basic concept for
‘Spiritual Odyssey’ – part 1 of what would eventually turn out to be an ongoing
series, was conceived many years before the first book ever made it to
publication.
This simply had to be a love story in every sense of the word but as
different from mainstream romances as it was possible to get. The very title,
‘Spiritual Odyssey’ sums up the content perfectly – a journey through many
years of a woman’s life encountering every extreme of this emotional rollercoaster.
Not least of all, she remembers her own death and the lancing agony of the 24
hours that precede it after witnessing her gladiator lover cut down in the
Roman arena. If discovering these revelations is not already enough, Tyra Grant
is confronted with irrefutable proof that her past-life regression therapist is
non other than that same friend from long ago who provided the phial of poison
on her final day. Tyra’s husband, Adam, can only watch and listen in utter
disbelief as details of his own past life begin to unfold in startling clarity,
eerily confirming many of those strange and unaccounted-for sensations he’s
experienced over the years, certain of the fact that the woman he’s been
waiting for all these years, was out there in the world, waiting for him to
come back to her.
